When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

4.2 Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

You agree not to upload content that:

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using Staykit, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our service.

Staykit and all its features, including design, code, and branding, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staykit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your payment fails or your account is past due
• We reasonably believe your account poses a security risk
• You engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted.
